Graduation Portrait Sessions
The Investment
Single portrait session - $400 + hst
Group of 2 - $300 + hst / person
Group of 3 - 4 $250 + hst / person
Group of 5 or more $200 + hst/ person
*Prices are subject to change
each session includes:
- Unlimited images (on average between 50 - 75)* depends on how many people in the session
- Images will be delivered through an online gallery + will be professionally edited
- 2.5 week turn around time for final gallery
Frequently Asked QuestionsDo you supply the grad gown + hood? No, however the University Bookstore is a great place to rent your hood/gown.
How do we pay? We will communicate with the individual who submitted the booking request, who will be our primary contact throughout the booking process. We will first make sure we find a designated time + date that works with all parties, then will an invoice along with all necessary documents to book. To secure your time slot, 50% of the total session fee must be paid upfront, with the remaining 50% due on the day of the session. We accept online payments via e-transfer or credit card, but all payments should be processed through the individual who made the booking request. Nothing is officially booked without a signed contract and a 50% retainer has been paid.
What happens if the weather is not cooperating the day of my session? We closely monitor the weather forecast leading up to your session week. If there's a possibility of unfavourable weather conditions that could impact your grad session, we will stay in touch to arrange for rescheduling on another available day.
